1. Health & Safety Regulations

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and the strict guidelines surrounding their consumption, we cannot accept returns for products that have left our control. Once a supplement has been shipped and is in the customer's possession, the product cannot be guaranteed to remain in the same condition for resale. This ensures that all supplements we distribute remain safe, uncontaminated, and effective.

2. Hygiene and Tampering Concerns

Supplements are consumable items that require stringent handling to maintain their integrity. Accepting returned items would pose a risk of contamination or tampering, which could impact the health of our customers. For the safety of all customers, we do not resell returned supplements, whether opened or unopened.

3. Quality Assurance

All supplements sold by Studious Supplements undergo thorough quality control processes before being shipped. This includes stringent checks for proper packaging, correct labeling, and seal integrity to ensure that products meet the highest standards. Once the product leaves our facility, we can no longer control its handling and, therefore, cannot guarantee its condition upon return. As a result, we do not accept returns for any reason related to quality concerns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

While our standard policy is a no-return policy, we make exceptions if a product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping issues or manufacturer defects. In such cases, we offer an exchange for the same product. Customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. Please note that no refunds will be issued, and exchanges are strictly limited to the same product originally purchased.

5. Incorrect or Mis-shipped Items

In the event that an incorrect product is shipped due to an error on our part, we will gladly rectify the situation. Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item, providing details of the issue. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item (at our expense) and ensure that the correct product is sent as a replacement. Again, no refunds will be issued for such cases, only replacements.

6. Final Sale Items

All sales of supplements are final, and no returns or exchanges are allowed unless they fall under the specific categories of damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items as described above.

7. Allergen or Sensitivity Concerns

It is the responsibility of the customer to review all product ingredients prior to purchase. We provide comprehensive ingredient lists and supplement facts on our website for every product. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please consult with your healthcare provider before purchasing. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to allergic reactions or sensitivities.

8. Expiration Dates and Storage

All supplements are shipped with ample time before their expiration date to ensure full potency. It is important for customers to store supplements as per the instructions provided on the product packaging.

Refunds or returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with product results will not be accepted.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it falls under our No Return Policy and cannot be canceled
